Mendoza - Texas Girls' Choir girls go to church
Today we
went to church in Mendoza at Primera Iglesia Evangelica Bantista
(First
Baptist Church)
The girls
were asked to sing, and they sang I Saw A Dove At the Window Of the
World,
Let
There Be Peace On Earth, and The Lord Bless You And Keep You

The people were very nice - the service
was lively, all in Spanish
Birthday Celebrations
Today we had one cake and one
candle for all who celebrated birthdays on this trip

Today was actually Dr. Ackerley's
birthday!

TGC had brought the candle on the trip
for Marissa and it was happily shared by all
Concert that evening in Mendoza
In the afternoon we had a rehearsal
for tonight's concert at 7 pm. Three choirs performed:
Ninos Cantores de Mendoza,
Hong Kong Children's Singers, and the American Youth Choir

Next were the Hong Kong Children's

"Eugene", Dr. Yip's grandson,
announced the songs and introduced the group.
